CNN’s Senior Editor of Middle East Affairs, Octavia Nasr, generated harsh criticism for praising a Hezbollah terror leader, Ayatollah Mohammed Fadlallah, who is responsible for the murders of US Marines. Hezbollah is a known a terrorist organization in several Western countries including the US and Israel. Concern is growing in the US State Department and elsewhere that Hezbollah is gaining ground with drug traffickers near the US border with Mexico. Many members have already infiltrated the US illegally.
