Meet the REAL Apartheid States in the Middle East

For years, those protesting Israel have claimed that Israel is an apartheid state. Yet, anyone comparing Israel to its neighbors would walk away shaking their heads. Let’s look at the facts so we can put this poppycock to rest.

Israel allows freedom of speech, religion, voting and sexual orientation. It has more companies on the NASDAQ than any other country outside North America. It has more college graduates per capita than any country in the Middle East (this is significant since Israel is immediately surrounded by 22 Arab countries that are 640 times bigger than the Jewish State). It produces more scientific papers per capita than any other nation: 109 per 10,000 people. Its citizens hold more patents per person than do citizens of any other nation. If you use a computer, cell phone, text messaging or voice mail, you’re likely using technology first developed in Israel. For more on why Israel matters, visit our site.

Fast forward to Arab countries. Arab countries don’t allow freedom of speech, religion, voting & sexual orientation. Saudi Arabia arrests women for driving. Egypt conducts “virginity checks on female protesters.” Libya is accused of raping and libeling women. Iran hangs homosexuals on a regular basis and has earned the top slot for world leader in child executions. Afghanistan is known for marrying and beating child brides. Palestinians have assassinated those suspected of helping Israel.

Maps in Arab countries have inevitably omitted Israel off their maps while inciting hatred against Jews and Israelis. The BDS (boycott, divest and sanction) campaign is a result of Palestinian Authority’s failed effort to isolate the Jewish State both economically, politically and socially. Mourning Israel’s existence via Nakba Day is more of this harnessed incitement.

Israel? Besides making progress, seeking peace and offering a whole host of human rights, it’s known and hugely criticized for defending itself and its citizens.

I totally agree with what you wrote concerning the the Middle Eastern countries, as I also agree on those amazing accomplishments and statistics of Israel, being a small country with a short history of 63 years… But still, there are issues that deal with discrimination, I won’t call it Apartheid, within Israel towards the Arabs living inside Israel… Yet at the end, as long as there is this conflict between Israel and Palestine, BDS may continue, teaching hatred on both sides may continue, clashes and fighting and killing sadly may continue…

I am Palestinian, and I believe that Israelis and Palestinians should both live in Peace and Prosperity in two neighboring countries, and everyone should get equal rights. Dialogue, open-mindedness, hope and belief, belief in Peace between two people who are originally one historically, only this way we can all live the life we all dream of…

Good luck in your writings, and I hope you share the optimism and the hope and the belief that peace is achievable in the near future for our two beloved countries and people…

    Shalom, Salam,

Peace is only possible when the Prince of Peace the Lord Jesus Christ returns. We are instructed in the Bible to pray for Israel and the Peace of Jerusalem. Whether people believe it or not, this is their choice but the day of reckoning is fast approaching and it is within our best interests to take heed.

Arab apartheid / Muslim apartheid are the largest ‘apartheid systems’, that exist today. All non-Arabs and/or non-Muslims are second class citizens. Among minorities that feel the wrath of the bigoted Arab-Muslim world include:
    * Berbers (native N. Africans, before Arab invasion).* Copts (indigenous Egyptians suffer from both: Arab racism and Islamic bigotry).* Kurds (Examples include: [Saddam's] Iraq and Syria.* Blacks, in Arab lands or in Arab ruled Africa like the genocide in the Sudan and slavery in both Sudan and in Mauritania.* Asians, particularily in the Gulf Arab states. [Sex slaves or "plain" slaves).* Maronites-Christians [Native Lebanese] suffer from both Arab ethnic racism and religious bigotry, like the massacres in the 1970s by local Muslims and by Palestinian/Syrian forces.* Assyrians, are/have been being persecuted both racially and religiously. Still very much marginalized in Iraq, for example. * Iran is not an Arab country but racism is huge against Kurds, Jews, Turkmens, etc.So is anti-non-Muslim bigotry against Christians, Bahai, Zoroastrians and other in the Islamic republic.* Turkey is also a Muslim non-Arab country and Kurds, Greeks, Armenians and other ethnicities have been through much suffering, genocide. Still there’s great wide racism againt non-Turkish ethnic grpups. Turkey’s policy in Cyprus has also been recognized as a real Apartheid by many. All non-Muslims are automatically branded as “foreingers” at the “moderate” Islamic supremacy of Turkey.* Al-Akhdam in Yemen.* Gypsies in Jordan.

    From anti-Jewish Apartheid:
    - The Arab racist apartheid against the Jews attempted genocide ever since the 1920s, (Like Mufti of “Palestine at his incited massacres, and Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood who called simply ‘to kill Jews’).- Chased out a Million Jews in the late 1940.- Has boycotted and demonized [every logical defensive action is branded "racist"] the Jewish democratic-free-equal-to-all state only because it’s the “other”. It is neither Muslim nor Arabs.- The Arab racist world continues to play with Arab-Palestinians (grandchildren of Arab immigrants) like ping-pong against Israel.

As if we don’t know the ‘Arab oil lobby’s power’ over the UN, international organizations and some African officials to go along with the Arab propaganda.
Even promoter of the apartheid-slur J. Carter admitted on CNN:  “I recognize that Israel is a wonderful democracy with freedom of speech and equality of treatment under the law between Arab Israelis and Jewish Israelis.” but not least:
    Last but not least:
Isn’t it true that the anti-Jewish “apartheid” slur campaign is: 1)  to demonize Jews and 2) to hide the real apartheid practice by the Arab-Islamic world?

The apartheid state(Isreal) would not have survived without Billion of dollars from American tax payers.
